Child Safety Standards

Who and what this policy covers

These standards apply to every user and to all profiles, messages, images, videos, audio, live interactions, links, reports, and other content or conduct on or facilitated through Chatting & Flirting — Lushot.

The service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. A minor may not create or use an account, and an adult may not create or operate an account for a minor. We may restrict or close an account when we reasonably believe that these requirements have been violated.

Activity that is never allowed

Users must not use Chatting & Flirting — Lushot to:

• create, request, upload, access, possess, store, distribute, sell, trade, or link to CSAM;
• groom a minor or solicit sexual content, sexual conversation, or sexual contact from a minor;
• coerce, threaten, blackmail, or sextort a child;
• sexualize or objectify a child through text, images, video, audio, role-play, illustration, animation, or synthetic media;
• promote, organize, enable, advertise, or profit from child sexual exploitation or trafficking;
• share a child's personal or location information for abusive, predatory, or exploitative purposes;
• direct others to websites, groups, accounts, or services that enable CSAE or CSAM; or
• circumvent age controls, moderation, reporting systems, account sanctions, or other safety measures.

Attempts, encouragement, and facilitation are prohibited even if no abusive act is ultimately completed. These rules also apply to supposedly fictional, humorous, artistic, or technology-generated material when it sexualizes or exploits children or violates applicable law.

How to raise a child safety concern

If you see suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or other conduct that may place a child at risk, report it promptly through either channel:

• In the app: use the “Report” or “Feedback” function accessible within Chatting & Flirting — Lushot.
• By email: send the concern to lushot@gmail.com.

Where safe and lawful, identify the relevant account, content, approximate date, and nature of the concern. Do not download, save, screenshot, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM solely for the purpose of making a report.

Review, removal, and escalation

We assess child safety reports and apparent violations as promptly as reasonably possible. Based on the circumstances and applicable law, Chatting & Flirting — Lushot may:

• disable access to or remove violating content;
• limit account functionality;
• suspend or permanently terminate accounts;
• take reasonable measures against repeat violations;
• preserve relevant account or content records when legally permitted or required;
• report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to NCMEC, another authorized child protection body, and/or competent law enforcement where required; and
• cooperate with valid legal requests and child safety investigations.

We do not return suspected CSAM to a reporter or knowingly redistribute it. Access to child safety reports is limited to people and service providers who require it for review, enforcement, investigation, safety, or legal compliance, subject to applicable law.

Prevention and compliance

Chatting & Flirting — Lushot maintains safeguards appropriate to the service. These may include adult-only eligibility rules, in-app reporting, account and content review, moderation signals, feature restrictions, and enforcement against repeat violations.

We comply with applicable child protection, mandatory reporting, record-preservation, privacy, and data protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Our child safety practices and these published standards are reviewed as the service, risks, and legal requirements evolve.
